The Antibody test should be used on asymptomatic patients who are displaying no symptoms.

If you test positive using this test it shows, that you have either recently become infected and your body is producing antibodies IgM to fight the virus.
 Or that you have been infected and your body is now producing antibodies IgG to fight the virus long term.
